We have a sprawling industrial campus covering an area of around 100,000 Sqft in the heart of a green and clean industrial belt of Neemrana’s RIICO Industrial Area, where we carry out several operations resulting in the recycling of metals into re-usable form.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

SORTING<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We conduct sortation with the help of an automatic metal sortation plant that has a capacity of processing about 70 MT\/day. This plant along with our trained manpower delivers results that are the best in the industry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

DISMANTLING<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Various scrap materials (such as auto scrap, electric motors) that require dismantling are handled with the dual combination of man and machines at our facility.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

MELTING<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have state of the art furnaces with a cumulative capacity of 11 MT, with this ability we are able to dish out ingots of Aluminium and Copper alloys of various specifications. Our furnaces are supported by various supporting equipment such as Ingot Casting machines and pollution control tower.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
